Eva MÖSENEDER was born in Ried im Innkreis in 1957. In 1977 she began her studies at the Mozarteum, painting and graphics class with Prof. Prandstetter. Since 1978 the artist has worked in the graphic workshop in the Traklhaus and since 1983 has been represented in numerous exhibitions and participations in exhibitions at home and abroad. In 1986 she set up her own etching workshop and since 1990 has taught in the graphics class at the Mozarteum University and at Salzburg College of Northern Illinois University. 1991/92 Graphic workshop at the Salzburg Summer Academy. In 2007 she took over the direction of the graphics workshop at the art faculty of Hacettepe University in Ankara. The artist has spent numerous periods working in Vilnius, Budapest, Dresden, New York and Cape Town, among other places. Eva Möseneder lives and works in Salzburg. 1985 – first exhibition in the gallery Welz.
