WOLFGANG RICHTER
Exhibition from 21.10.2023 — 29.11.2023
Salzburg’s local mountain, the Untersberg, exerts a great fascination on the artist and can be found in many of his works. Like Katsushika Hokusai (1760–1849), master of the “Hundred Views of Mount Fuji”, Wolfgang Richter shows the viewer the mountain again and again from different angles and places the mountain range in new perspectives. The exhibition presents recent graphics, woodcuts, from the series Cloud Mountains of the artist.
